I Am Over Meal Prepping

I have meal prepped for about 6 years and now its over. I don't believe in scheduling every meal. I know there is tons of information on the web that points us to schedule according to metabolism, etc. Well, we all have different bodies... so just eat healthy, workout in moderation (moderation is key), and enjoy life :)

People tend to get caught up with comparison amongst other individuals, which in reality majority of everything you see with Insta-Models, Social Media Models, etc. is all illusion based.
