- 2 Slices of Bacon (I used a thicker cut, but it doesn't matter too much)
- 2 Eggs
- Little Onion & Jalapeño (optional)
I like to research new and trending “diets” but I prefer to stick with a variety of all. I feel like when we neglect our bodies of carbohydrates, fat, or protein, later on it results in hormonal imbalance, or other negative side effects. From my experience with improper diet/nutrition and overtraining, I suffered with a horrible metabolism from deficiency in lack of food. When the metabolism is out of balance, it is impossible to loose or gain weight.
This morning I incorporated more of a ketosis breakfast. The ketosis diet focuses more on high fat, low carbohydrates. I like to implement these days every now and then just to trick the body, and to switch it up!
